Meeting : Canal Wharf Car park, Whaley Bridge, SK23 7SR

Distance : 7.0 miles / 11.3 km

Total Elevation : 1228 ft / 374 m

Pace : Social / Conversational (no runner left behind)

Terrain : Mixed - Mainly hard packed trails with some road sections

Difficulty : Moderate

Kit : Suitable running kit (waterproof may be required), trail shoes recommended but not essential, food & water

From the car park, we'll head along the Peak Forest Canal towards Furness Vale. From here, we'll head up to Chinley Churn before heading down to Buxworth and back along the canal. We'll be grabbing drinks and cakes from The Bridge Bakehouse afterwards.
