Join us for a relaxed and friendly social with ADHD adults for ADHD adults in Cambridge UK, whether you're diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still exploring. This is a welcoming peer support group where we meet on the second Monday of the month!

Relax in a cosy pub environment and connect over lively ADHD conversation. Swap stories, have a laugh, and enjoy the company of others with ADHD in Cambridge.

How to find us once inside

Bar staff can direct you. If you've been to Alexandra Arms before (AKA The Alex), we have up to 20 ADHDers in the Garden Room (1st come 1st serve on the day) and as of March, will signpost to other areas of the pub to join as we grow! 20-30 is our usual turn out, you won't be alone! :)

Welcome to bring an ally for support or a well-behaved dog! No pressure to stay for the whole session, feel free to drop in and out!
