Arabella is an executive coach and Director of Ascending Motherhood. She specialises in helping businesses to be fully prepared to support mothers returning to work after maternity leave and she supports high-performing women to manage the demands of returning to their career after maternity leave alongside motherhood. With 15 years of experience in elite sport culminating in eight years with the Great Britain Cycling Team supporting athletes, coaches and senior leaders Arabella understands fast-paced, dynamic environments. This experience is combined with an academic background in positive psychology and a PhD in wellbeing and living optimally which underpins her executive coaching supporting working mothers and developing female talent.

Arabella shows organisations how to ensure that talented women continue to thrive and achieve their potential when they become mothers. As an expert in the field she combines psychological science, executive coaching and years of organisational experience to translate complex human behaviour into practical, evidence-informed solutions that help high-performing women thrive through motherhood and organisations retain their female talent.
