Join us at BTT Cambridge for a fun, interactive introductory session designed exclusively for the Cambridge Science Park community.

Often described as “human chess”, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a fascinating martial art that combines physical fitness, self-defence, strategy and problem-solving. It's a great way to challenge yourself, relieve stress and develop confidence, both on and off the mats.

Led by Leo Gamarra, our Head Coach and 5th-degree black belt, this beginner-friendly session will introduce you to fundamental BJJ techniques, practical movements and the philosophy behind our club.
