Step out of the noise and back into yourself. An intimate evening of breath, release and reconnection. Overview A monthly guided breathwork experience to release stress, regulate the nervous system, reconnect to your body and to your truest self. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided somatic breathing practice that uses a continuous circular breath to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self. Through an active inhale and relaxed exhale, this practice helps move stagnant energy, reduce stress, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity, grounding, and inner awareness. Each session is a journey through breath, music, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. No previous experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe and be present with yourself. This is an intimate small-group experience to allow for deeper support, guidance, and integration throughout the session. WHAT TO EXPECT Each session begins with a gentle arrival into the space, followed by an introduction to the Conscious Connected Breathwork technique and guidance on how to work with your breath throughout the journey. The breathwork itself is a guided experience accompanied by carefully selected music to support the emotional and energetic flow of the session. You’ll spend most of the practice lying down with your eyes closed, allowing your focus to turn inward. During the session, you may experience physical sensations, emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, or a stronger connection to yourself and your body. Every experience is unique, and there is no “right” way to experience the breath. This is an intimate small-group setting designed to create a safe, supportive, and deeply held environment where each participant can receive individual care and guidance throughout the experience. No previous experience is necessary. IMPORTANT ALL participants are required to complete a health intake form before attending. Conscious Connected Breathwork is not suitable for certain physical or mental health conditions, including: - 14 weeks or less pregnant or after 32 weeks - Epilepsy/seizures - Psychiatic conditions (schizophrenia, bipolar, psychosis, CPTD, etc) - Detached retina/glaucoma - Recent surgery Other conditions may be worked with if medicated. If you are unsure whether this practice is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking at info@desireewellnesscoaching.com You will be sent a waiver to fill in before the session. Practitioners reserve the right to not work with certain conditions after the booking is done - if that's the case a full refund will be issued.
