Cowork Crew takes the best bits of coworking and networking and jumbles it together in a once-a-month 1 day event.

It’s all about that magic that happens when you bring freelancers and micro business owners together.

The aim is for us to all do better together because we have each other.

I use the F word to influence behaviour!

I’ve worked on change projects, shaped business cases and held niche marketing roles in the third sector. My squiggly career has taught me that if you want people to engage or get behind something, you have to get emotional. How people feel shapes behaviour; it influences what they do next.

Today, I use human insights, design thinking and behavioural design to ensure leaders, their teams, and the occasional solopreneur, communicate in ways that connect and inspire action. As a leadership coach and consultant, I help people remove the friction that stalls progress and create the conditions where people connect, engage, and think better, together.
