Laure has spent 20+ years building streaming and TV platforms at Netflix, Sony/Crunchyroll and now Roku, scaling products to 500M+ devices worldwide. Together, they will talk about “Earning the Right to Personalise: User trust as a KPI” with insights about how Product and UX jointly decide what data-driven personalisation is worth doing, treating user trust as a design constraint, not an afterthought.
