As summer gently gives way to autumn, Ground & Glow offers an invitation to slow down, breathe and create some quiet space for yourself.

This intimate candlelit sound bath is designed to support a gentle transition into the new season - leaving behind the busyness of summer and embracing the slower, more reflective energy of autumn.

You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound journey using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, rainstick and other vibrational instruments, allowing you to simply rest, listen and be present.

Kasia is an IPHM-qualified Sound Practitioner and Reiki Master & Teacher, thoughtfully creating each session to encourage relaxation, grounding and a sense of inner connection.

Before settling into the immersive sound journey, you’ll be gently guided through:

✨ Essential oils to create a calming sensory experience

✨ Grounding practices to help you settle and reconnect with the present moment

✨ Reflective philosophy to inspire and support the transition into autumn

Then simply lie back, close your eyes and allow the sounds to wash over you.

No experience is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable and give yourself permission to rest.
