Raw, intimate and emotionally honest, it explores depression, anxiety, addiction, shame, survival and hope, opening up vital conversations around mental health, stigma, connection and recovery. Told with honesty, heart and moments of dark humour, MATT takes audiences inside one man’s struggle to survive while revealing the impact mental health can have on love, family, identity and the fight to keep going.
