Presented by Emma Zangs & Helen Vine A 90-minute to 2-hour open session for mothers with babies or pre-schoolers to gently explore movement and writing as part of their caring journey. Mothers are invited to come for as long or as little as they want and can; the space is open throughout the duration of the workshop. In a calm, welcoming space, we’ll move, rest, write, and reflect – connecting with our shifting bodies, emotions, and identities through simple guided exercises. Moving Words offers a space to land when everything arounds changes so fast.
