# Meditation Experience: Guided Meditation ### Wednesday 16 December **Time**: 6.00 to 6.45pm **Address**: Inner Space, First Floor, 6 King's Parade, Cambridge CB2 1SJ (Above Spoon Struck) **Peace Begins Within** Discover how meditation can help us reconnect with a deeper sense of peace — bringing greater calm, balance and stability into everyday life. We often wait for things to settle down before we can feel peaceful. But what if peace is something we can experience even when life is busy? Explore how turning our attention inwards can help us find a quieter place within ourselves, regardless of what is happening around us. Each session combines accessible ideas, guided meditation and an opportunity for conversation. No previous meditation experience is needed.
