About This Event

Join Bethany every Wednesday morning from 7:00-7:45am, in the Wellness studio, for a HIIT workout class suitable for all! Join us every Wednesday morning from 7:00am – 7:45am in the Wellness Studio for an energising HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) hosted by Bethany! These sessions are designed to boost your fitness, build strength, and increase energy levels — all before the day begins. The class is suitable for all abilities, and you’re encouraged to work at your own pace, making it a great option whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. Come along, get moving, and start your Wednesday feeling strong and refreshed! Events at Present Made Events are an important part of life at Present Made Eddington.
