This is a unique combination. While the sound bath relaxes your mind, the Reiki works deeply on your energetic body. 💐 "What an amazing experience! Such kind souls to heal with :)" GS 💐 **Take two hours to escape the noise and find your inner still point:** 🎵 **Hour 1:** Begin your journey with a **Grounding Meditation** led by Jutta, preparing your body to receive. Nick then plays a deep-resonance **Sound Bath** using his collection of more than 30 Himalayan singing bowls, melting away tension. ✨ **Hour 2:** Sound baths often end when the music stops. We spend the second hour coming to each person individually.
