About This Event

Wednesday Walks take place at Wimpole Estate every week, with different routes varying in distance and highlighting different parts of the estate. Participants can explore nature on these walks. Admission is required.

Each week, we take a different route, varying in distance and taking in different highlights around the estate. Our Wednesday Walks are usually between 3 and 5 miles and take 1 to 2 hours, depending on walking speed. A good level of fitness is required for these walks. A suggested donation of £2, paid at our Visitor Welcome, will be greatly appreciated.

24 June - Folly Central, 3.8 miles - CANCELLED due to weather

1 July - Chalk Ridge, 4.7 miles

8 July - Folly East, 3.6 miles

15 July - Folly West, 3.6 miles

22 July - Centre Park, 3.8 miles

29 July - Thrones 3, 3.9 miles

5 August - MUT West, 4.3 miles

12 August - Zigzag (figure of eight), 3.6 miles

19 August - Orwell Walk, 3.9 miles

26 August - Arrington Walk, 3.2 miles
