Tap & Chat - The Women's Circle will be held at Leaf Lounge Café in Herne Bay on 11 December 2026. This monthly event offers a safe space for women to connect, share experiences, and engage in healing activities, with a ticket price of £16.96.
Tap & Chat is a dedicated, monthly safe space for women's to connect, share and heal together.
As women, we often carry so much.
Whether you are navigating stress and overwhelm from past experiences or life transitions, or moving through difficult emotions such as grief, anger, or shame, or simply needing space to pause and breathe, this is a place where every part of you is welcome.
Especially the parts of you that have been told they are too much, too sensitive or simply ignored and so have learned to stay quiet, this is your oportunity to take up space.
Through EFT tapping, conversation, and connection, we'll create a supportive environment where you can share, heal, reflect, laugh, cry, release, or simply sit quietly among women who understand.
You don't need to have the right words, a solution, or a plan, just bring yourself.
Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, connected, and supported.
*price includes drink
*a gentle request to please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes for the comfort of attendees and practitioners.
Information and Guidelines - Please read before attending
To ensure that our Circles remain a safe space where women can come together and feel supported, I have created some guidelines. These are meant to fit within the fluidity of the Circle and with the relaxed and open vibe that we have created so far.
I am always open to feedback or discussions on what is needed to create a safe container so please do feel free to contact me if you have any suggestions or feedback (email below).
Diversity and Inclusion
Women from all backgrounds, experiences, cultures, faiths, abilities and identities are very welcome. I ask that together, we create a respectful, inclusive and non-discriminatory environment.
Please arrive on Time
Please aim to arrive a few minutes before the Circle begins. Starting together helps create a safe and connected container for everyone attending.
Respect confidentiality
Confidentiality is the foundation of trust and safety within our Circle’s and therefore, we ask that what is shared within Circle stays in Circle.
You are welcome to speak about your own experience after Circle, but please do not discuss another woman's story, identity, emotions or personal sharing.
Take Care of Yourself
There is always an opportunity to share in the group and to also work directly on an issue that you have brought with myself during the Circle. Please be mindful of your own wellbeing and what you feel comfortable to share or work on within this space.
Sharing is always an invitation, if you do not feel able to share and simply wish to sit among other women and feel supported, then this is also a valid way to participate.
Sometimes, our sharings may be more appropriate for a one to one environment, either with myself or another therapist and if this is the case, I may suggest this.
However, the wonderful thing about EFT is that we do not always have to share our story if we are not ready to, we can simply work on emotions.
Fluidity of Sessions
Our sessions are fluid so there is no allocated time for each woman. However, Amanda will ensure you have the opportunity to share.
Listening with Respect
When other women are sharing please give them the space to process or work through what is needed. Please indicate to Amanda if you would like to share next.
Part of the experience of Circle is the connection between the group and the experience of being witnessed. We encourage you to connect with each other but suggest that feedback is offered on what you heard, felt or noticed from listening rather than offering advice or solutions.
Photography/ videography
Photography and videography may be taken to help other women to get a sense of the environment and the circle. This content may be used for my social media, website and marketing.
Any content taken will be taken at the beginning of the group, during the time I am speaking and demonstrating.
This stops once we start working on any emotional content. Please rest assured, I will NEVER share the content of my clients in process.
If you do not wish to be included please let me know when you arrive. I will also check in each session.
