Join Danielle for a relaxed, hands-on tiramisu-making workshop in our cosy Canterbury patisserie.

You’ll learn how to prepare a creamy mascarpone filling, coffee-soak ready-made ladyfingers and build beautiful layers before finishing your own tiramisu to take home.

The workshop is guided and beginner friendly, with demonstrations and help throughout. Come with a friend, make it a date, or join us on your own.

Your ticket includes:• A guided 90-minute workshop• All ingredients and use of the equipment• Your own small sharing tiramisu to take home• A takeaway container• One drink• A tasting of our prepared tiramisu• A recipe card to recreate it at home

Ladyfingers and the cooked custard component are prepared in advance, allowing us to focus on making the filling, dipping, layering and finishing.

Your tiramisu will need further chilling at home before eating. We’ll provide storage and serving instructions.

Location: A.T. Patisserie, Palace Street, Canterbury.

The workshop takes place upstairs, with access via stairs.
