Grange Pavilion in Cardiff hosts an open conversation on 20 November 2026. The talk explores how the Senedd can become more family-friendly and inclusive, featuring a Member of the Senedd and other specialists.
What would a Senedd that works for everyone look like?
How can the Senedd ensure that it is an inclusive place to work, where all Members can do their jobs to the best of their ability?
Join us for an open conversation bringing together a Member of the Senedd, a former Senedd Member, a youth community leader and an equality and inclusion specialist to explore who the Senedd is for, how inclusive it is today, and what could be done to make it more accessible and representative.
Drawing on the recent Family-Friendly and Inclusive Parliament Review, we’ll look at what’s working, what needs to change, and what young people want from their Senedd in the future.
Come along to find out more about what makes a parliament inclusive, accessible and representative. There’ll be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion. The event is aimed particularly at young people and students, but everyone is welcome – and no prior knowledge or interest in politics is needed.
We look forward to seeing you!
