An insight into how Appreciative Inquiry can help you inspire individuals, align teams, energise organisations, or engage communities

This is a practical, participative training course where you'll experience Appreciative Inquiry rather than simply learn about it. You'll enjoy a one day highly interactive, in person workshop to get familiar with the principles and methods on Thursday 10 September 10am-4pm; followed by a half day online session on Thursday 17 September 10am - 1pm, to embed your learning through designing and planning your own appreciative inquiry cycle with advice, support and encouragement from your experienced trainers.

Together we'll explore the principles that underpin the approach, experience the Appreciative Inquiry cycle first-hand and reflect on how you can apply it within your own work. Throughout the sessions you'll have opportunities to connect with other facilitators, share ideas and begin designing Appreciative Inquiry processes for your own clients, teams or communities
