Whether you have always wanted to learn the secrets behind a perfect roll or you are simply looking for a fun way to spend an evening, I would love for you to join us for our upcoming sushi workshop here in Cardiff. We will be going back to basics to learn the essential techniques of preparing seasoned sushi rice, selecting fresh ingredients, and mastering the rolling process. This is a relaxed, hands-on session where we will walk through the steps together so that everyone leaves feeling confident enough to recreate their own rolls at home. This event is open to anyone with an interest in Japanese cuisine, regardless of your past experience in the kitchen. We provide all the necessary tools and fresh ingredients, so you just need to bring yourself and an appetite for learning.
