If you have ever wanted to pull your own fresh mozzarella at home, come join us for our next gathering of The Curd Nerd Cheese Making Club. We are meeting up in Cardiff to walk through the process of stretching curds, from the initial heat to achieving that perfect, glossy finish. Whether you are a total beginner or someone who has experimented with a few batches before, this session is all about getting hands-on with the process and learning the rhythm of working with fresh cheese. We will keep things relaxed and informal, with plenty of time to chat and compare notes while we work. It is a great chance to meet other local cheese enthusiasts and troubleshoot any challenges you have run into with your past experiments. Please bring an apron if you would like to keep your clothes clean, and be prepared to take home a bit of what we make. If you are planning to join us, please let me know by RSVPing so I can make sure we have enough fresh curds prepared for everyone.
