Join us on Monday 9 November for our 'Creating Connections' event in Wales at the Temple of Peace, Cardiff

Faith leaders and organisations will meet local media representatives, to make new contacts and gain a deeper understanding of the way religion and beliefs are interwoven into the life of Wales.

Media professionals from the main TV and Radio channels will be present along with print and online media editors and reporters, answering questions and explaining how they work.

Faith representatives will give information on their activities and unwrap stories from their communities.

The event is hosted by the Religion Media Centre (https://religionmediacentre.org.uk/), an impartial and independent organisation aiming to increase further cohesion and understanding in society by helping the media report and understand religion. Ymunwch â ni yn y Deml Heddwch yng Nghaerdydd ar gyfer ein digwyddiad Creu Cysylltiadau, lle bydd arweinwyr o sefydliadau ffydd yn cwrdd â chynrychiolwyr y cyfryngau lleol, i feithrin cysylltiadau newydd a chael dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o’r ffordd y mae crefydd a chredoau wedi’u plethu i fywyd Cymru.

Bydd gweithwyr proffesiynol y cyfryngau o’r prif sianeli teledu a radio yn bresennol, ynghyd â golygyddion a gohebwyr y cyfryngau print ac ar-lein, i ateb cwestiynau ac egluro sut maent yn gweithio.

Bydd cynrychiolwyr ffydd yn rhannu gwybodaeth am eu gweithgareddau ac yn cyflwyno straeon o’u cymunedau.

Cynhelir y digwyddiad gan y Religion Media Centre (https://religionmediacentre.org.uk/), sefydliad annibynnol nad yw’n gysylltiedig ag unrhyw grŵp ffydd, sy’n ceisio meithrin cydlyniant a dealltwriaeth mewn cymdeithas drwy helpu’r cyfryngau i adrodd ar grefydd a’i deall.
