Relax, create, and connect in guided wellbeing-focused art sessions. Weekly creative themes and a supportive, no-pressure space for all.

Led by Jay Bliss, a Creative and Therapeutic Arts Undergraduate from the University of South Wales on placement with Platfform Wellbeing, these relaxed workshops offer a gentle space to explore creativity, connect with others, and take time for yourself.

Creative sessions can be a great way to relax, express yourself, and connect with others. These welcoming workshops offer space to explore different activities, try something new, and enjoy being creative in a supportive environment.

Each week features a different creative activity, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy. Activities may include rock painting, leaf printing, relaxed mark-making, positive affirmation postcards, collaborative artwork, and more.

No artistic experience is needed. These sessions focus on creativity, wellbeing, mindfulness, and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment.

You'll be guided through each activity in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, with plenty of flexibility. If you don't feel comfortable with the planned activity, support will be available to help you find an alternative creative activity using our wide range of materials.

📅 Workshop Details:

Time: Choose either a morning or afternoon session

Morning group: 10:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon group: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

Location: Platfform Wellbeing, 1 Pen Y Lan Road, Roath, Cardiff

🎨 Cost: Free to attend, spaces are limited so booking is essential.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your place so it can be offered to someone else.

These sessions are open to anyone aged 16+.
