The CANCER SUPER FULL MOON signifies a time of heightened emotions, reflection, and the opportunity for healing and renewal. It encourages individuals to release what no longer serves them and embrace self-love and emotional clarity as they move into the new year.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

We will gather together in this gorgeous venue to relax, rest and bathe in the healing vibration of soulful mantra meditation followed by a supine gong/chime/Tibetan singing bowl soundscape.

Leave your worries at the door, cosy up in your blankets and give yourself some well-deserved R&R. This is your time to reconnect with yourSELF: check in with how you're doing physically, mentally and emotionally, and embrace and absorb this powerful and energising SUPER full moon magic, which you can then channel towards positive actions and creativity!!! :)

NOTE:

Suitable for all soul brothers and sisters 16yrs and over.

No experience is necessary, beginners very welcome to this sound bath.

Please refrain from consuming alcohol/mind-altering drugs at least 12 hrs prior to the sound bath. You will be turned away if you under the influence (without refund).

Not suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy, for those with bi-polar, heart conditions or health challenges that may be triggered by strong vibrations and sounds.

If you are unsure, please consult your doctor and contact Ali prior to booking, to make sure the sound bath with gong is suitable for you. Kundalini yoga cardiff and Oat and Bean cafe are not liable in any way whatsoever for any negative effects you may experience as a result of your participation in the session. By booking you agree unequivically to take full responsibility for your health and wellbeing both during and after the event.

BRING WITH YOU:

- YOGA MAT or camping mat to lay on / seats available if you prefer

- BLANKETS

- pillow/cushion

- EYE MASK/equivalent if you wish

- WATER BOTTLE/FLASK

- WARM LAYERS of clothing- natural fibres if possible

LOCATION:

OAT & BEAN - a gorgeous fully vegan cafe in central Cardiff (opposite the National Museum of Wales).

PARKING:

There is plenty of parking opposite and around the venue (free Sundays from 5pm).

Also Queen Street and Cathays train station are nearby. (5-10min walk)

Bike racks available outside the venue.
