As the sun begins to soften and the day gently comes to an end, join me for a peaceful evening of gentle yoga surrounded by the beauty of nature. This isn’t about pushing yourself or perfecting poses. It’s about slowing down, moving mindfully, breathing deeply and giving yourself permission to simply be. We’ll enjoy a nourishing yoga practice as the evening light filters through the trees, followed by a guided relaxation and time to simply soak up the peace of the woodland.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to stay for a refreshing summer drink and a chance to chat before heading home feeling calm, grounded and restored.
