I bwy? Pwy yw'r gynulleidfa darged. Beth yw lefel y cwrs.

Mae'r cwrs wedi'i anelu at bobl greadigol a pherchnogion busnesau creadigol a hoffai archwilio gwneud cysylltiadau newydd, dysgu sut i wneud y defnydd gorau o fynychu digwyddiadau, sut i rwydweithio, sut i siarad am eu sgiliau, busnes a sut i wneud cysylltiadau newydd heb iddo deimlo'n drwm neu'n ofidus. Bydd y gweithdy hwn hefyd yn gwasanaethu'r rhai sydd eisiau magu hyder i siarad am eu cynnig. Dysgwch sgiliau newydd, cwrdd â phobl greadigol eraill a chael rhywfaint o ymarfer rhwydweithio. Actorion, criw, perchnogion busnesau creadigol, artistiaid, pobl greadigol yn y gymuned, CICs.

Prif Amcanion

Bydd gan fynychwyr y gweithdy weledigaeth gliriach o beth yw rhwydweithio; beth allai fod yn y ffordd iddyn nhw ddangos drostynt eu hunain yn greadigol a sut i'w oresgyn.

Bydd mynychwyr yn deall gwahanol arddulliau o rwydweithio ac yn ystyried pa un yw'r mwyaf naturiol a chyfforddus iddynt.

Bydd mynychwyr yn cael cyfle i drafod eu harfer creadigol wrth rwydweithio mewn lleoliad gweithdy diogel.

Bydd mynychwyr yn cael cyfle i ystyried manteision personol rhwydweithio.

Erbyn diwedd y gweithdy dylech allu

nodi eich arddull rhwydweithio er mwyn adeiladu cynllun rhwydweithio clir a gwneud y defnydd gorau ohono yn y cyd-destun proffesiynol.

Ar gyfer y sesiwn hon, dewch â llyfr nodiadau, beiro neu liniadur i gymryd rhai nodiadau. Cael syniad byr o beth yw eich llwybr creadigol, p'un a yw'n freuddwyd neu'n swydd gyfredol a chael syniad cyffredinol o'ch sgiliau neu Pwynt Gwerthu Unigryw. Byddwch yn agored ac yn barod i roi cynnig ar rwydweithio.

Mae Noemi yn actores, actor llais, dawnswraig ac ymgynghorydd creadigol amlieithog sydd wedi'i hyfforddi gan AADA wedi'i lleoli yn y DU. Gyda'i MScEcon mewn Cysylltiadau Rhyngwladol ac fel Rheolwr Siartredig mae hi'n weithgar yn y diwydiant creadigol, yn gweithio gyda brandiau ar gynyddu eu gwelededd ac yn addysgu gosod nodau a rhwydweithio creadigol. Mae Noemi yn Is-gadeirydd Pwyllgor Cenedlaethol Ecwiti Cymru. Mae hi'n ysgrifennu ac yn cynhyrchu gwaith sy'n hyrwyddo bod yn amlochrog ac yn polymath yn y diwydiannau creadigol. Mae hi'n annog pobl greadigol i fod yn nhw eu hunain. Mae hi'n siarad mewn cynadleddau, ar ôl ennill gwobr Toastmasters International ar ei hymweliad cyntaf â digwyddiad Toastmasters. Mae ei siarad cyhoeddus yn cynnwys siarad â Wa-Ta-Nye, The Lion's Club, MAVO ac eraill. Cymerodd Noemi ran yn Labordy Ffilm Cymru ac mae wedi derbyn Cyllid Cyngor y Celfyddydau Cymru.

THE ART OF NETWORKING

For whom ? Who is the target audience. What is the course level.

The course is aimed at creatives and creative business owners who would like to explore making new connections, learn how to make best use of attending events, how to network, how to talk about their skills, business and how to make new contacts without it feeling heavy or forced. This workshop will also serve those who want to gain confidence to talk about their offer. Learn new skills, meet other creatives and get some practice networking. Actors, crew, creative business owners, artists, community based creatives, CICs.,

Aim of the Session.

To establish different ways to network.

To understand both the barriers to and benefits of networking.

To explore one’s skills and creative offer in a networking setting

Main Objectives

Workshop attendees will have a clearer vision of what networking is; what may be in the way of them showing up for themselves creatively and how to overcome it.

Attendees will understand different styles of networking and consider which one is the most natural and comfortable to them.

Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss their creative practice while networking within a safe workshop setting.

Attendees will have an opportunity to consider personal benefits of networking.

By the end of the workshop you should be able

to identify your networking style in order to build a clear networking plan & make best use of it in the professional context.

For this session please bring a notebook, pen or laptop to take some notes. Have a brief idea of what your creative avenue is, whether it’s a dream or current job and have a general idea of your skills or Unique Selling Point(s). Be open minded and willing to try networking
