Join us on Saturday 26th September to take part in a hour long beginner friendly yoga, followed by a creative scrapbooking workshop.

We start off with a 1 hour completely beginner-friendly yoga session. Designed to help you slow down. Release tension and unwind.

You’ll gently stretch those tight, sore muscles. Move at a relaxing pace and explore calming breathwork. We’ll also make space for quiet and meditation, giving you the chance to switch off from the outside world, clear your mind and simply be present.

After getting to stretch out and release all that tension. We will head over to Sketch & Sip where we will have a scrapbooking activity set up.

Getting creative with photos, papers, stickers, and all the pretty little details, letting your inner artist go wild and free while enjoying the company of the other girls.
