Pilates and Pastries is a community focused wellness event which aims to combine social connection, physical wellbeing and community engagement.

The event will be structed through both reformer and mat Pilates classes followed by pastries. This will allow attendees the chance to step away from their busy routines and prioritise social and physical wellbeing during our event.

The event will be run by a group of SETU Students, and all proceeds will go to Carlow Women's Aid.

All donations for our raffle, or donations to the Charity are much appreciated.
