New Year, New You: The Power of Vision and Mindset

A new year won’t change your life. But a change in how you think just might.

Every January, we set new goals, make promises to ourselves and convince ourselves that this is going to be our year. Yet,all too often, those good intentions fade, old habits creep back in and we find ourselves in exactly the same place a few months later.

So what if the secret to real change has very little to do with the date?

In this engaging and thought-provoking talk, Angela De Souza explores the powerful relationship between vision andmindset, helping you understand why knowing what you want is only half the battle. If you want a different future, you needto start thinking differently today.

Drawing on her own experiences of business, setbacks, reinvention and personal growth, Angela challenges you to look beyond the usual New Year resolutions and consider what is really holding you back. She’ll share practical ways to gain clarity on the future you want, recognise the thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and start making changes that last.

Because you don't need a new year, a new month or even a Monday to become a new version of yourself. You need a vision worth pursuing, the mindset to believe change is possible, and the willingness to take that first step.

Your future doesn't begin on 1 January. It begins with what you choose to do today.
