Grief is something we'll all experience, yet it remains one of the hardest things to talk about. Actor, author and screenwriter Greg Wise joins novelist Hannah Richell for a thoughtful conversation about finding your way through the darkest of times. Drawing on his own experiences, Greg explores why we often hide our grief and how we can better support those who are grieving. Hannah offers a clear-eyed account of rebuilding her life after her husband's sudden death in a tragic surfing accident. In conversation with Cathy Rentzenbrink , they reflect on the lonely path of grief and what comes afterwards, when time can bring perspective, healing and the possibility of hope.
