We're back for the Autumn, as we continue to shine a light on inspirational females in property and beyond!

Join us for an update on the latest developments affecting landlords and property investors.

We are delighted to be joined by Angharad Trueman (https://www.andrewsonline.co.uk/about/our-team/1695-angharad-trueman), Group Lettings Director at Andrews Estate Agents, and Gemma Read (https://www.hazlewoods.co.uk/people/gemma-read/), Partner at Hazlewoods.

Gemma will cover the key finance and tax implications following the Budget, while Angharad will provide an overview of the housing market and what current trends mean for landlords and investors.

Together, they will offer practical insight into the changing property landscape and the issues investors need to consider.

The event is hosted by Emma Vigus (https://emmavigus.co.uk/), Founder Women in Residential Property.

The event as always is run in conjunction with our sponsor, BPE Solicitors (https://www.bpe.co.uk).

We fly the flag for females, but our events are for everyone - we'd love to see you!
