Our Classic Literature Debate is back! As the Celebrity Traitors return to our screens this Autumn to grip the nation once more, we ask our panel to pick their choice for the fictional character most likely to scheme, connive, charm, backstab and “murder” their way to victory in our favourite high-stakes party game. Listen to their pitches and then join in the fun by voting for the most convincing argument and the best fictional Traitor. Last year’s debate winner (Best Literary Castaway) Sarah Churchwell defends her title, up against The Barbeque at No 9 author Jennie Godfrey , and the former Home Secretary and author Alan Johnson .
