There are times when we simply need to let go — of tired energy, old emotions, patterns, worries and all the things we have been carrying for too long. This October gathering is an invitation to soften, release and make space. Through the healing vibrations of gong, sound and energy work, we will gently move through a journey of clearing and renewal, allowing the body and mind to settle and the energy to begin to flow more freely again. As the New Moon approaches, we enter a natural time of new beginnings — a beautiful opportunity to release what no longer serves us and quietly make space for what we would like to welcome into our lives.
