Allow yourself to fully switch off as soothing sounds and gentle Reiki energy guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

This session is perfect if you’re feeling:– Stressed or overwhelmed– Low in energy– In need of rest and reset.

Expect calming instruments, soft frequencies, and a peaceful space to unwind.

Please bring a pillow, blanket & anything to keep you cosy. Come in your pjs if you like.

•Not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy.

•Not suitable for those with a pacemaker.
