Join us for a 60 minute soundbath where you can relax and reset or just take time out for yourself and switch off from the outside world.

Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself time to simply slow down, switch off and relax.

Join us for a deeply calming sound bath experience, where you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to create a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Each session offers you the opportunity to pause, unwind and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or already love them, everyone is welcome. There’s nothing you need to do and no experience is required — simply arrive ten minutes before the start time, settle in and let the sounds do the rest.

What to expect

We’ll begin by getting comfortable and taking a few moments to settle into the space before the sound bath begins. You’ll then be guided into relaxation as you experience a beautiful journey of sound and vibration.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you feel warm and cosy, such as a blanket, pillow and yoga mat. Also bring water and if you’d like, an eye mask.

Come as you are. Leave feeling rested and restored .

Advisories:- These sessions have advisories, if you have sound induced epilepsy, metal or stents in the brain, pacemakers, are sound sensitive, under 16, on antipsychotic medications, had surgery within 12 weeks or in the 1st trimester of pregnancy, please seek medical advice before attending.

The building has its own car park at the other side of the road, there are 2 disabled bays by the entrance.
