A 45-minute sound bath + red light therapy to shift your nervous system into rest and digest. Leave rested, regulated, reenergised.

An evening of total relaxation and cellular healing under infrared light therapy ambience.

The complete reset has been created for you to let go of any low vibrations, to surrender to complete relaxation and raise your frequency.

I use powerful EFT Tapping sequences, sound healing & breath work to allow the nervous system to resettle into rest and digest.

A space to unapologetically put you first with the added benefit of cellular recovery under an infrared red light therapy leaving you regulated and reenergised
