Perhaps your back has been bothering you for a while, your neck feels stiff after a day at work, or you've picked up an injury that's stopping you from doing the things you enjoy.

You might have thought about seeing a Chiropractor or Physiotherapist but aren't quite sure which would be right for you.

Well, here's your chance to come and ask!

On Saturday 28th November, we're opening the doors of our Chester clinic for a free event where you can meet one of our experienced Chiropractors or Physiotherapists, have a chat about what's been bothering you and find out a little more about how we may be able to help.

No charge. No pressure. Just a friendly conversation.

What happens on the day?

You'll have the chance to sit down with one of our practitioners and talk through any aches, pains or injuries you're concerned about.

It's an opportunity to ask those questions you've perhaps been meaning to ask for ages.

You can find out more about Chiropractic and Physiotherapy, how we approach different problems and what your options might be if you decide you'd like some help.

You'll also get to meet some of the team, have a look around our Chester clinic and see what we're all about.

Who should come along?

Anyone who's been wondering whether Chiropractic or Physiotherapy might be worth considering.

Back or neck pain that's been bothering you

Stiff or uncomfortable joints

Back to Health is a family-run group of clinics in Chester, Wrexham and Mold.

We've been helping people across the local area for almost 20 years, offering Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and a range of other treatments.

Our approach is straightforward. We listen, take the time to understand what's going on and help people make informed decisions about their care.
