We're re-running our lean coffee session from August (turns out one date wasn't enough for me to plan ahead)

A slight case of poor planning on my part means we're re-running our lean coffee session from August.

If you've not come across the format before, here's how it works: people jot down topics they'd like to talk about, we vote on the ones that sound most interesting, then work through them one at a time with a timer running. If a topic's still got legs when time's up, the group can vote to keep it going a bit longer. If not, we move on to the next one.

There's no speaker and no slides. It's just an open conversation about whatever's actually on people's minds, code, work, the industry, or anything else that comes up.

You don't need to bring a topic. Plenty of people just turn up, listen, and chip in when something interests them. Equally, if there's something you've been wanting to get other people's take on, this is a good place to raise it.
