Let's come together during World Mental Health Week to connect in a meaningful way with speakers on personal resilience, coping with addiction and mental health challenges and thriving. Then take part in a short workshop that interests you-:try Creative Writing for Wellbeing, facilitated Connect Cafe group or Active Together suitable for all levels. The Mental Health Fair brings together a wide range of organisation who offer support and promote connection in many different ways- find out more at the information stands. Have you heard of Social Prescribing? Hear from Healthy Ireland social prescribers from Nenagh and Clonmel and people with self-experience of how it can help you build positive local connections which are so vital to mental wellbeing. Connect with others, share your journey, and be part of a supportive community. Let's break the stigma around mental health challenges by connecting through conversations, through activity or simply listening. Mark your calendars and join us for a day dedicated to mental health!
