What to expect:

Welcome & introduction

Circle agreements and confidentiality

Grounding meditation

Round one: Check-in

Round two: Topic share (e.g. confrontation)

Round three: Celebrations & self-acknowledgement

Closing check-out

Men's circles offer a rare space to be fully witnessed by other men without judgment, fixing, or advice. Meeting in person adds something a screen can't: the room, the eye contact, the handshake at the door.
