What you can expect 🍃

✨ We will start the afternoon with a guided meditation and breathwork session to help you ground into the space.

❤️ This will followed by a Cacao Ceremony to open your heart space.

🐍 We will then move to our first Kundalini Activation (60 minutes)

🥗 Following the powerful healing activation, we will sit in circle together to enjoy some delicious lunch. Take time to journal, share or integrate in silence.

🌹 We will then move to an exercise designed to open your heart and reconnect with yourself.

🔥 To finish we will be letting go of all that is holding you back in life with a fire letting go ceremony. Enjoy carefully selected music, togetherness and a chance to reflect on the day.

Our journey together

We each came to this work in our own way, but our paths naturally crossed through our shared passion for healing. Suzy met Mirabel during their Reiki Master training. Jess met Mirabel during a Kundalini Retreat, and Suzy and Jess later connected during their Kundalini training.

Through these experiences, we've built a close bond rooted in trust, shared values and a genuine connection, which really shines through when we host events together.

Together, we've built a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel safe to explore, release, and reconnect with yourself 🤍

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

A Cacao Ceremony is a heart opening ritual that has been used by tribes for 1000s of years. You will be provided with a warm drink made from pure ceremonial grade cacao. A beautiful recipe of spice and dates. We will set an intention beforehand through a guided meditation. Cacao supports emotional openness and heart centred connection.

What is a Kundalini Activation?

This is a powerful energy transmission that activates your own vital life-force energy.

This is all within you and has been since birth. This is the most transformative energy we have available to us. As this begind to awaken - your body, mind, and spirit respond, bringing emotions and limiting beliefs into your awareness that may have been holding you back to living life to your full potential.
