In this 90 minute class held the first Tuesday of each month, you’ll learn dance foundations and techniques combined with hip hop choreography and be guided on how to move with more ease and confidence in your body. No pressure. No expectations. Just space to learn, grow, and enjoy moving. Open to all ages, body types, and experience levels. Suitable for teens and adults. Wear whatever you feel good moving in. Trainers, athletic wear recommended. This is your space. This class runs on the first Tuesday of each month from 7pm-8:30pm. You also have the option to sign up for an online class if you prefer.
