A practical three-hour Masterclass for business professionals who want to get significantly more from Microsoft Copilot. Hands-on. Current.

Most Microsoft 365 Copilot users are operating at about 20% of what the tool can actually do.

The full picture is significantly more powerful. And once you have seen it, the gap between where you are now and where you could be becomes very clear.

This three-hour Masterclass is for business professionals who already have access to, are using Copilot and want to get genuinely better at it. The session is a capability upgrade: practical, hands-on, and built around the workflows that matter most in real business work.

What you will cover

The session goes well beyond the basics. You will work with the current Copilot feature set, including the functionality most organisations are not yet using:

Agents that run autonomously across your Microsoft 365 environment

Notebook for deep research and synthesis

Copilot Studio for building custom solutions, and

Access to multiple models including Claude, depending on your task.

Every technique is grounded in real business use:

Reporting and proposals,

Internal communications,

Scheduling and task management.

Research and synthesis.

These are the areas where Copilot saves the most time, and where most professionals are still doing things the slow way.

You will leave with something you built

You will work through hands-on exercises and leave with at least one working workflow or custom solution built during the session. Something you can open on your laptop tomorrow morning and actually use.

Who should attend

This session is for professionals who are already using Microsoft 365 Copilot and know they should be getting more from it. No technical background required. You need a Copilot licence, a willingness to build something, and three hours.

It is particularly well-suited to SME owners and founders, operations and department leads, marketing and communications professionals, consultants, executive assistants, and business support teams.

The session is designed for people who want to spend three hours getting significantly better at a tool they use, or want to use, every day.
