About This Event

Stride in Motion offers free movement and wellbeing sessions for individuals aged 16-25 at Greenstead Community Centre in Colchester on 12 November 2026. Activities include dance, yoga, pilates, and guided walks.

Free movement and wellbeing sessions for 16-25s in Colchester. Activities range from dance, yoga, pilates, guided walks, monthly swim etc

Stride in Motion is Elmhope's free, fitness and wellbeing programme for young women aged 16–25 in Colchester who do little or no exercise. Each week will feature a different activity, ranging from dance and low-impact fitness to mindful movement, guided walks and group swims, led by qualified female coaches. No experience is needed, and you can earn badges for taking part. This programme is funded by Sport England.
