Step away from the busyness of everyday life and join me for a gentle, nurturing hour and a half of connection. Our Women’s Circle is a calm, welcoming space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and with other like-minded women.

Each circle is designed to help you slow down and unwind. We’ll begin with a guided meditation, allowing you to release the noise of the day, followed by open, heartfelt conversation. There’s never any pressure to speak you’re welcome to simply listen, reflect quietly, or share as much or as little as feels right for you.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel isolated and disconnected. These circles offer a chance to return to community, to find friendship, understanding, and support in a space where you can simply be yourself.
