About This Event

Students with physical disabilities and their parents can attend a one-day fun workshop at AT Lab, Boole Library in Cork on 12 February 2027.

One-day fun workshop for secondary school primary school (5th & 6th class) with physical disabilities & parents/guardians

Access UCC's Disability Support would like to invite you to attend a one-day fun workshop for primary school students (5th & 6th class) who have a physical disability.

We will meet in the Assistive Technology Lab in the Boole Library at 10 am.

For students, we will have some fun activities in the morning, while parents can attend an information session with UCC advisors who will outline the DARE process and current supports for students with disabilities in UCC. Current UCC students with disabilities will also share their experiences with parents/guardians.

Lunch will then be provided for students, followed by more fun activities in the afternoon, finishing at 3 pm. (Collection from the Maradyke Arena at 3 pm)
