Join us for a relaxing afternoon of sketching and trying out new hobbies! Bring a craft item to swap & take a new one home with you.

An Taisce Climate Ambassador Catriona Reid and TESTSITE warmly invite you to our Arts and Crafts Swap Shop X Sketch 'n' Chat collab!

Bring along a craft item you no longer use or need, and take a new one home with you - or try out your newfound hobby on the day. Sketching materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own too.

For the swap shop, we are looking for items such as:

Yarn, thread, ribbons

Crochet hooks, knitting needles, tapestry needles

Stitch markers, yarn bobbins, measuring tapes

Buttons, clasps, beads

Unused watercolour paper or unused art notebooks

Unopened paints

Calligraphy pens / paper / ink / tips

Sketching pencils, pens, charcoal, crayons

Unused canvases

Cross stitch fabric, hoops/frames

All materials must be in good condition - and you are free to take home as many items as you want!

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Alternatively, Plugd Café is across the road!

Please note:

This is a sheltered outdoor venue - dress for the weather! :)

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

While there are no toilet facilities at TESTSITE, there are public toilets in the nearby Cornmarket Centre (downstairs, 20c entry).

You are allowed to come and go from the event as you please!
