Wind down from **Cork on a Fork** with a slow Sunday morning immersed in nature & movement.

Begin your day with a gentle, all-levels yoga session led by **Kate from Glenbrook Yoga**, surrounded by the peaceful setting of Glenbrook Farm. After yoga, take a guided walk around the farm, meeting the pigs and learning about the farm's regenerative approach to producing high-quality food.

Then gather around the table for a seasonal farm brunch prepared by chef **Sarah Roche**, celebrating the very best of Glenbrook Farm's produce and the abundance of the season.

Expect a generous brunch featuring:

* Glenbrook Farm pork sausages, bacon and black pudding

* Freshly baked pastries

* Seasonal fruit compotes and natural yoghurt

* Fresh green juice

* Thoughtfully prepared seasonal accompaniments showcasing local ingredients

This is a chance to slow down, reconnect with where our food comes from, and enjoy a memorable morning of movement, fresh air and delicious food.
