Your morning to pause from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a nourishing morning by the sea to move, breathe and reconnect.

The Soul Haven Wellness Morning is a special community event designed to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and deeply connected - to yourself, to nature and to those around you.

Together, we'll move through a beautiful morning of:

✨ Energising Pilates flow

✨ Somatic movement

✨ Down-regulation breathwork

✨ Guided journalling & reflection

✨ Community connection

✨ Ceremonial cacao, fresh juices & nourishing snacks

Afterwards, you're welcome to join us for an optional sea swim and sauna to complete the morning. (Sauna must be booked separately with the sauna provider.)

No previous experience is needed - this event is suitable for all levels!
