Get involved with helping us raise awareness on Sepsis

Join us for Stretch Sweat and Support, a feel-good afternoon of movement, connection and relaxation, all in support of the Irish Sepsis Foundation.At the heart of the afternoon will be a dynamic session led by Alara and Doireann, blending breathwork, sun salutations, and a core-focused Pilates workout, finishing with gentle backbending, inversions and a relaxing meditation.

The workshop is suitable for all levels, so whether Pilates and yoga are already part of your routine or you’re simply curious to try something new, you’ll be very welcome.Afterwards, we’ll wind down together over coffee and some treats, with time to chat, relax and enjoy the afternoon.

Most importantly, the event is being held in aid of the Irish Sepsis Foundation, supporting its work to raise awareness of sepsis and improve recognition and understanding of this life-threatening condition.Mindful movement. Good coffee. A very worthwhile cause.
