Join me, Dr Jennifer Cuppage, for a guided breathwork session where you'll be supported to slow down, step away from the pace of everyday life, and simply give yourself an hour to breathe.

Together, we'll explore a range of gentle breathing techniques that can help settle the mind and body. You'll also learn practical tools that you can take home and return to in your day-to-day life whenever you need a moment of calm, focus, or balance.

Whether you're completely new to breathwork, find it difficult to switch off, or already have a practice and would like a space to deepen it, you're very welcome.

No experience is needed.
